HOW TO RENEW YOUR GREEN CARD:

We offer same-day renewal for all of our clients, and we can help you renew over the phone or in person. Let our booking agent know which appointment type you would like, and we will get you scheduled. Most appointments will take at least 45 minutes, even if it's over the phone.

 

OUR FIRM CHARGES A BASE RATE OF $350.00 TO FILE YOUR RENEWAL APPLICATION. 

 

The only documents that you need to send us are:

1. A front/back copy of your green card (legal permanent resident card). You can email us a copy, or stop by the office to have a copy made for you.

2. $540 USCIS filing fee. Payment can be made by card, check, or cash. 

3. If you would like to have the filing fee waived, bring us a copy of your tax return and W-2's. If you qualify for a fee waiver, we will process this without any additional charge. Fee waivers are based on income. Click here to learn more about income amounts.

4. $300 Attorney fee. Payments can be made by card, check, or cash. Payment plans are also available.
